This is the original theme of (S)Vista for plasma ... I did it just to learn the procedure to make a plasma theme ... The next time I\'ll do something more original ... Anyway , if you like it vote good... Please don\'t vote bad only because it\'s Micro$oft ... Comments are welcome ... enjoy :)

This theme is really good looking, but it doesn't work in kde 4.1.3 Mandriva. Hope you'll may fix it.

Hum ok, sorry for the waiting time, I hadn't time before today for answering.

I used the automatic way in order to install it. It just don't show the graphics you show on screenshots.

Hope there is a solution. :)

I mean that when I download image using automatic way or downloading it using firefox from KDELook, I have no SVG image in your archive. That's the problem I think. :o

I don't know if it comes from me or from your archive, but that's what I have noticed. :s

btw you are right ... I tried to install it from another computer and it doesn't work ... I don't know why... On my computer works perfectly ... if anyone can help I would be grateful...

I can confirm. Just tried installing on Opensuse 11.1 fresh install. It looks exactly like the oxygen theme. I don't know much about KDE4 plasma themes, so can't offer any help.

Manual install works

I downloaded and manually put extracted file in /home/shawnr/.kde4/share/apps/desktoptheme It works now. Looks really good. It still didn't work the automatic way, but may have not have been the newer version yet. One suggestion. I think this theme will be perfect if the system tray background was transparent like the panel.

ok thanks ...now I have to understand why the automatic install way doesn't work...btw i changed the system tray background... I will include it in the package in the version 0.3 ... it looks better I think ... ah last thing ... I am working on another new theme so ... stay tuned!

Manual install was the only way for it to work for me as well. Using the appearance settings page in KDE4 doesn't work for some reason, even though it appears to install it.

Very nice theme though... I voted "good" for it. Now if only there was a way to get the vista start button with Plasma!
