Description:

BSM Suite is released!

This is the fusion between Soft BSM and Flat BSM. Support GNOME, XFCE and LXDE desktop environment.

It's a clear theme to make your desktop look better in a easy way.

One package, six gtk, two metacity, one xfwm, eight colors by default. Keep it simple!

Gtk:
-BSM
-BSM Dark
-BSM Compact
-BSM Compact Dark
-BSM Flat (under development)
-BSM Flat Dark (under development)

Metacity:
-BSM
-BSM Classic

Xfwm
-BSM

Colors: (avaliable to all GTKs)
-Blue
-Green
-Yellow
-Orange
-Red
-Pink
-Purple
-Silver

If you don't like the default colors, you can make your own color and change it, because this theme is totaly colorable!

It's based on clearlooks engine, so may works fine in all programs. I recommend nuoveXT.2.2 or Tango as icon theme.

All suggestions're welcome, please leave your vote and a comment.

Enjoy.

P.S.: If you have an older version of BSM Suite, make sure you deleted it BEFORE install the new package.

This is ARTWORK! There's no other theme on Gnome-look that is so close to perfection than Soft Blue.

Thank you a thousand times!

can you modify the taskbar so we can use transparency or background images on it. As of right now it doesn't work properly.

You can change it. Follow this steps.

1. Open the file: ~/.themes/Soft Blue BSM/gtk-2.0/gtkrc

2. Change the line 17. You can make this in two ways:

a)Include a "#" before the line, like this:

BEFORE: include "panel.rc"
AFTER: #include "panel.rc"

b)Just delete line 17.

3. Save and exit. Maybe a logout and login will be needed.

Awesome, now I can use my custom panel bg.

The theme is awesome. It is extremely clean, simple, and easy on the eyes.

This will probably be my theme for some time.

This is a really pleasing, clean and simple theme. It's very nice.

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious, but having a hard time seeing what is supposed to be different between BSM and Flat BSM...

Actually, just one small problem, and it's a weird one.

If I use any of the BSM themes I seem to have a diagonal sort of hand-drawn looking line that very faintly goes from the bottom left to upper right corner in the firefox URL bar and search box.

I can post a screenshot if necessary.

The line is not visible when using any other theme. It's also not really that big a deal, but it does mar an otherwise perfect look...

I never had a problem like this with my theme, but already see this on other themes. I use Icedove 3.0.6.

Is better if you post a screenshot, but is really hard fix a bug when it's not appear here. I'll try fix it.

First I need to find a distro and a version of Firefox with the same problem. Then I can try fix it. What's your distro and firefox's version? Do you install a engine by yourself (Murrine SVN, for example)

Thanks for reporting

(sorry by my english)

OK. I'm downloading Ubuntu 9.04, and it will ends only at 8:30 PM. So, I think that tomorrow the bug should be fixed.
