Description:

This is a set of ideas, based on ideas i found here.

So we have to know that a newer version of gnome doesnt mean newer version of applications, neither apps. So we can design the model of the desktop distribution, or other charasteristics, like properties.

 That all looks nice, but..

..that's not Ubuntu, or whatever - that's MacOS 10, visually. Why not focus that creative energy into something more original and innovative?

Yeah i know, we can change the bottom panel and the mac menu, but there is the idea, it was because i started putting things here and there, and then i realized that it was almost mac os :D
but i wanted to give the idea, and not the final output, as i know every person has a style to decorate the desktop ;)

Don't get me wrong, because I do think the visuals are excellent - I just think it could be put to better use.

The icon-idea isn't related to any os, as far as I know, so that I won't nag about. :p

Of course, and i wrote that on this vacations i would start the project, but then i got the "big file error" and i had to rewrite the description, so i forgot to write down that again.
Also i have some ideas on getting a menu that everyone can love.

Then i will have to read more gnome and gtk documentation, so i can get things to work, like panels coloring and bordering. If you get cool ideas, tell me, so i can join my "team" to start the projects. See ya!

When you say distribution, I think you mean desktop environment.

 No dock for us

The dock is now patented by Apple so, isn't possible to be included in any distribution by default.

Ah, what about gOS? That one's got a dock pre-installed. That's not an obscure distro, either.

It looks really great. Beautiful, practical, though a bit close to Mac OS X.
