Description:

Elltube is a YouTube Downloader and Converter.

The only you have to do is to put YouTube URL and choose the desired format, then, push Download!

You'll need 'PyQt4'. Also, if you want to use convert function, you have to install 'ffmpeg' program, avaible from many distribution repositories.

my distro : kubuntu 8.04 + kde 4.1.1

the app runs fine but download progress dont work ! i added the youtube link but after click on download button the progress percent stay in 0 % and also Cancel button doesnt work and isnt Clickable !

the Terminal dont have output ! also i ran app with root user but the same result !

the information & picture of video displayed well in app. and also i can watch video in browser !

The video works for me.

Anyway, in a few hours, I'll release version beta, fixing some bugs and support for YouTube/Google login.

This version will have debug control. We'll try with this.

It works fine with my systeme (mandriva 2009.0 kde 4.1.1)

The progress bar and the cancel button works fine.

I have only the flv format to choose, i dont know if is normal like that.

Hi!

If you want to convert to others formats, you have to install ffmpeg, look for it in your distribution repository.

I downloaded the source, followed the install instructions, seemed to go fine but running the command produces...
