Can you change colour of minimized mini icons on the destktop? We can enable it on preferences file but it colour is very bad. If you can change it from the theme this would be great.

no.

I see mini-icons on your desktop are placed at the bottom-right edge of the screen, how did you get this? By default they're at top-left edge.

You can change them on preferences file. Add these lines to prferences file:
MiniIconsBottomToTop=1 # 0/1
MiniIconsRightToLeft=1 # 0/1
