Description:

PowerManager is a system tray application for controlling some power features using Hal.
A lot of features aren't implemented, a config dialog maybe is the most important.
I like port this aplication to kdelibs, any help is welcome.

All icons are Guidance powermanager's icons.

(I apologize for my terrible English)

Changelog:

Fixed bug with 40% battery icon and a spelling mistake (thanks skulptor).

Err.. fine, but why another app, when kpowersave is good enought?

Slackware - because it works,
Gentoo - because I'm lazy,
Linux - because it ROCKS!

Kpowersave is a good application, but every have some problems, for exmaple never can set brightness on my notebook. I use Guidance Power Manager and, for me, is more functional and simple. This application aims to be simple and functional as Guidance Power Manager.

Thanks for creating a Qt 4 version of a power manager! KPowersave is one of the last applications that have not been ported to KDE 4 yet.

Btw, it is spelled "Dynamic", and the 40 percent icon is not used because of wrong icon name ("0040" vs. "040")

I am looking forward to your display brightness settings, it doesn't work with KPowersave, but works with echo command on my system.

I have a KDE4.1 kpowersave in my Mandriva Cooker. It is plasmoïd that allows to choose CPU frequency policy, brightness... It doesn't yet cover all the functions from the KDE3.5 version, but it exists.

I decided to abort this project because kde4powersave plasmoid is all that i want. I prefer contribute to this project and add 1 or 2 features that is missing (in my opinion). If you want to prove: svn co svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/playground/utils/kde4powersave

Thanks for comments in my first application.
