After untar the file into /usr/share/backgrounds, you must do select de xml file include into /usr/share/backgrounds/crunchybranch/

The xml file name is crunchybranch.xml

I followed your directions. I copied everything into /usr/share/wallpapers.
I went to appearance preferences and added the xml file.
All I get is a brown background.
It doesn't work.

Sudo make me a sandwich?

Okay dude i got it. <ake sure you alter the XML file to your desktop. You have to change all the "/usr/share/backgrounds/crunchybranch/" to whatever location you8 have it in

it's animating.. but, it work like "iGoogle's images". At the night, the image is more darkness, at the morning, more clean.

It's a cool wallpaper and a good idea but, in my opinion, the animation would be more amazing if there is a faster background changing, now it's just a group of wallpapers (I prefer the black/white one :P)
