Description:

This is the celebrity KDM Theme and I think this is the first one I have uploaded yet, a KDM Theme on celebrity. This theme has been presented by Hilary Duff Encyclopedia [http://fansofhilary.co.nr] and has been authored by Dhruba Adhikari [ACP Masquerade] and has been distributed under the GNU/GPL License .

This Theme has been best tested in Kubuntu Feisty fawn.

Please give a try and let me know if it works or not .

Its good that I found 49 downloads on a single day. However, could not find any comments from anyone who have downloaded and the rating is more towards bad.

So, please write something and say why is the theme bad, so that I can improve in some other versions.

Why is the rating so poor, Please write something regarding the graphics, code and everything, Please do not just download.

Let me know why my theme though it has quite enough downloads is not having a good rating.

And what about the link, it is broken or working. It has been hosted in a free site so ,it may give some problems

I haven't personally rated your background, but I can tell you one thing that is probably getting you poor ratings. I know there are a lot of linux users that visit this site that are sensitive to licensing issues. Just because linux is free / open source does not mean that anything goes in terms of licenses. I would be willing to bet that you do not have the rights to redistribute the source image you used, especially not as GPL. I didn't vote, but I would be tempted to vote bad for this reason alone. People need to understand what they are doing with copyrighted material. Just because other people on the internet ignore copyright issues does not make it right. My two cents.

Thanks for the reply. This time it makes sense of why the rating is so poor. First thanks for the two cents.

However, the Picture used there is available freely to download and use for some works like I have done here. Though It may not be GPL, it is some sorts of free and I have used here in the same sense.

Thanks, this really makes me feel good and inspiring for the next work I will do for KDE improvement.

Its Good even you voted as bad.

Next thing, now I have made my mind that I will create some sorts of artistic pictures or computer aided graphics related pictures, so that it wont raise any licensing issues. It would totally be my creation and if I used some images, it would definitely either shot by myself or will be free of any licenses...
