What are you using to generate that run dialog and what panel are you using with what theme/font?

The run dialog is gmrun. The panel is pypanel and the font is Avantgarde LT Medium. There is no theme for the pypanel. You just add a colour you want on the panelrc.

Great theme, but do you have any ideas why you gtk style wont show up in gtk-chtheme? All of you nova themes works like a charm but it's this one I really want.

If you can help me with this one I would be really thankful.

Hmm, try right clicking on the theme folder you installed then choose properties, and click on permissions. Check that you have the right permission settings. If it doesn't work, download the files again and open terminal. Type
tar -xf 58426-Fawn.tar.gz
cp -r Fawn/* ~/.themes
Hope it works

Somebody should hit me...hard. I have been working on making your gtk theme work for days and didn't notice that I had installed it in ~/fawn/fawn/gtk2.0, which didn't work that well :).

You might wanna add to this themes description that it only works with gtk-theme-switch and not in gtk-chtheme, atleast not for me.
