CREDITS

This theme is completely based on Amora theme by David Lanham. You can find both theme and contacts on Lanham's Site.

THE THEME

This is juste the pre-release version. This includes the main icons of the menu in gnome and some apps icons.

I'm still working on it and i'll release new versions soon but i'd like to receive feedbacks for errors or requests for icons and aliases.

Contrary to some people here, I think these icons look quite nice, and I've been waiting a long time for someone to format them for Gnome/GTK so that I don't have to spend hours messing with the original set. Bravo!

What a strange coincidence... a long time ago, I posted a screenshot of my desktop, with the same wallpaper and icons, to the old Beryl forums... ;)

You can trust me i never saw your post before but i think it's hard to believe :D same idea and some wallpaper ... and also i was going to use also the same emerald theme...i changed it with the new one after starting the project

Action icons look a little bit... off. I think the Edge ones might be a bit better for arrows, refresh, etc... Maybe you should ask bvc if you can use those.

I realized them using Feisty Fawn too (and then checked with gutsy) so the version should not be a Problem.

It's a banal one but...did you restart X?

I can't imagine a different solution/reason...I'm sorry...

Confirmed this bug on my end too, with ubuntu 7.04. I reloaded X and shutdown the entire system. I still have no desktop icon in the menu, or bookmark section of nautilus. Nice job otherwise though =)

Contrary to some people here, I think these icons look quite nice, and I've been waiting a long time for someone to format them for Gnome/GTK so that I don't have to spend hours messing with the original set. Bravo!
