Description:

These are two screenshots of my current KDE 3.1beta1 desktop running on gentoo linux.

I have no icons on the desktop, but two auto-hiding panels located at the left and the top egde of the screen with buttons to my favourite programs.
So I have plenty of space for the taskbar in the main panel and I can open my apps quicklier than when they're on the desktop, even if windows are maximized.

My wallpaper is from digitalblasphemy.com, my window decoration is called "Glow" and the gkrellm Theme is "CoplandOS".

I love KDE because it is the most beautiful desktop environment in the world and it is rockstable. I still use KDE 3.1beta1 because I never had problems with stability or anything else, but of course I'll upgrade to 3.1 final.

Beautiful :) I've always loved that mushroom wallpaper. Recently I tried to find it again but wasn't able to. I'll try digitalblasphemy, now that I know where it came from :)

What color scheme is that?

That's no color scheme I downloadet anywhere, all colors are adjusted by myself.
But I could make a color scheme of it and upload it here if someone's interested.

I really love your blue theme.
But how do you hide the gkrellm icon, so it isn't shown in the menu, at the buttom of the screen.
