Description:

This is a look inspired by one on those bar magnifiers sitting on top of a piece of paper. The magnifier would be the WinDeco, and the paper the window.(screenshot 3)

With the new release of windows having its \"pane of glass\" type WinDeco, we need something different, yet still visually pleasing.

I say that instead of having translucent WinDeco, the windeco should be Solid, and the window should be slightly translucent.

The deco should have a nice 3d \"pipe\" look, while the actual window will have the apperance of a slightly translucent piece of paper.

The Screenshots are just a rough mock up, but I think they get the point accross.

Could you please comment on why you are rating this so low?

It really annoys me- low ratings with no explination

Use Unix. Use Linux. Use Debian. Use KDE.

Simple. You've proposed a Window Style that doesn't have any Minimize, Maximize, or Close buttons, a Title, or a distictive border. I don't see how this is A) remotely usable or B) remotely good looking.

Screenshots generally have to be fairly polished for people to give them any thought. (Sad but true.)

Why oh why do people try to make everything translucent? You really want to watch movie with Your wallpaper in the back? Or maybe write a document with few others docs windows in the background?
