Description:

Dear KDE Folks,

I have the pleasure to announce the new phase of Crystal Icon Theme that from now on will be called Crystal Clear. There are a lot of changes! Hundreds of new icons, support to the most known KDE games, and a lot of new things. The design style also was improved and updated to be more competitive with the market operational systems as well as the upcoming systems. I hope you like it!

As always I would like to thank some important people:

1- All the KDE users that always have supported my work and make my working nights really worth.
2- Linspire for the financial support of this project (you may not believe, but I have to eat so I keep living).
3- Nullmid, RELIO owner that kindly host online my projects.
4- God, for have gave me life and make all things possible.

Everaldo

This version was discontinued, To get Updates please find by Crystal Project.

Well, those icons sure fit extremely well to the bubble gum GUI of Microsoft Windows NT5.1. The last release was better IMHO.

 Mozilla Theme

Super icon theme! And I'm really happy you're also providing a mozilla theme. But 2 Questions:

1. how do I install the jar file?
2. can I use it for Firefox, too? (if not: could you make one for the more famous Firefox, too?)

Thank you veeeerrryyyy much!!

Not sure you need to 'install' the jar. Once I had downloaded it it was showing as an available theme in the Firefox theme manager.

I might have just been lucky but then again....

BTW - wonderful Firefox theme

This is odd... How did you click on the link and what happened? If I click left, Firefox asks me whether it should save the file somewhere, or which application to open the file with. If I choose to save the file, I've "just" saved it (no entry in Theme list). If I select open (w/o choosing an app), the download window appears, the file is downloaded and nothing else happens either...

Just found this manual, but it DOESN'T WORK either...

Manually Installing Themes in Firefox from Mozilla Update
1. On the Theme's download page, click on the Install Now link.
2. A download dialog box will appear. Click Save to Disk and save the Theme's .jar file to your local disk (usually your Desktop).
3. Once the download completes, from the Firefox Tools menu, select Themes. Find the saved Theme's .jar file.
4. Drag and drop the Theme's .jar file to the Themes list. A Confirm dialog will appear. Select Okay to start the installation.
5. The Theme will be displayed in the Theme Manager.
6. Select the Theme, and restart Firefox to use that Theme.

Hi,

I like icons very much.

The KDE style could be more flat. It's just too much 3D.
