This plugin is one of the perfect examples where open source software is so much better then the properieraty one.

I can play almost all clips and streams without having to install some crappy Real player.

This is a really nice plugin, but it would be even better if there were play, pause and stop buttons as well... I would then definitively remove my realplayer plugin from my computer!

Looking for a distribution 100% compatible with debian sid? Use Kanotix!

again my apologise for the link to the debian package, now you can enjoy this plug-in in your debian or ubuntu, be sure of see all the documents in this package and visit this page: http://mplayerplug-in.sourceforge.net

if you have any problem post it

P.D.- if you can't wait to try this beutifull software download the source package, but be sure that you have the libsx-dev and the gtk devel packages,
I sugest to check auto-apt :-)
