Description:

3rd screenshot doesn't work, don't know why, maybe a Kde-Look prob, I will try to check it tomorow again.

If it works for you please add a comment or send me a mail. Thanks

Update

As requested I've made a transparent version, it took time because finding the right color to use isn't easy ! You can now use it with the color you want, shades, etc.

No more banding, no more colors too flashy, you make it yourself ! As you like it.

-o Pictures on the left :
1) 640x480 - dark-blue preview
2) 640x480 - multiple previews
3) 1280x1024 - old picture

On the "Download" link there is the 1280x1024 new picture.

OLD :
I've tried to make something pleasant to use and not complex, I like it a lot for myself, hope it will be the same for you.

I would like to make something a little bit more complex and original, but i don't know if you will like it... if you are interested please say it. Also if you vote "bad" please tell me why, it will help me to make better and better.

Thanks

 Diggin' on it

Actually, I quite like the background colors (I mean... they're BLUE!!!)

I'm curious if you might be able to release a transparent/semi-transparent version of the penguin on the logo in a .png graphic. That way, users can set up their own gradients/colors to match their windows.

...i like the blue as well...

I wonder if there are some original minds around who're able to make a color-scheme and icons with the color and the penguin.
And maybe i'll start a theme, as mentioned above ;)

lookin' forward to the transparent penguin...

I like your work. I also voted "good" (of course) ;-).

But you could really make it almost perfect when you one with a transparent background and perhaps (just an idea! I dont't know how it would look like) a more colorful penguin.

I just downloaded it. :-)

As requested I will try to make a transparent version (not as easy as I could think) of course making something not very good is not hard but I want to make something good, so i take my time... maybe in few days.

I would like to thank people who have left a comment about my job. It's important for all people who make things for sharing them. I think you would make the same for everything when you have something to say. It's always interessant.

I also would like to escuse myself about the first comment i posted, a little bored ! I was just posted the picture and was happy of it, two hours letter the rate was 38%, generaly this score is for bad ones. And people who rate so bad for me didn't let any comment so i was a little mad.

This is one of the nicest logos ever... maybe you should have made a complete new entry, because with all your bad votings collected earlier it will take very long until you get the proper "excellent" rating this wallpaper deserves.

Yes it's true that i need time to have a better rate... but this is an image which as its past so i prefered to keep it, the score was 62% yesterday, today it's 73% (8 hours) so maybe it will be ok.

this is so awesome!

I like the idea of choosing your own background colour.

Can u make a 1024x768 version? because it looks a bit warped if i set to scaled, and too pixelated if i set to centered.

Neway, really good work! keep it up.

Now I'm blown away! Your idea, letting the user decide which "colorsheme" (s)he wants for the backgoudn is just great! Now, I really love your background!

Oh yes, and I agree to the writers above that an iconset or theme or sth like that with the cute pinguin would be great! :)

Keep up the good work.
