Description:

Lipstik is a fast and clean style for KDE3 with many options to tune your desktop look.

Just try it! :)

INSTALLATION : Please read the INSTALL file.

CONFIGURATION : You can find many options in the style's configuration panel. Go to Settings/Appearance & Themes/Style and click on the 'configure' button.

BUGS : Read the BUGS file; if the issue is not reported, post a comment below, I'll try to read them often.

DEBUG TRACE : If you have a debug trace, dont post it here; send it to me via email.

Lipstik now has a home page, go check it out!

Have fun!

Changelog:

---01/10/2007---
2.2.3 : For my PC-BSD friends...
--Add a configurable active tab highlight color.
--PC-BSD rocks! Try it!

---17/02/2007---
2.2.2 : After one year...
--Just a repackaging of the special Debian version.
--Updated the spec file for Fedora Core 6, thanks to Pramod Venugopal.
--Lipstik now has a home page (http://poplix.homelinux.com/lipstik).

...I have a new version (2.3) locally but it will need some more testing before I release it; Lipstik is still not dead after all ;)

Restart KDE (logoff and ligon again), go to Kontrol Center -> Appearence and themes -> Style, chose "Lipstick", press "Apply". That's all.

Strange... Where is your KDE installed? /usr/kde? Or /opt/kde3? Maybe you'll have to recompile the lipstick using another prefix:
./configure --prefix=$KDEDIR
make install

 slider buttons

Hi, I really like the style!
Is there a possibility to make the slider buttons smaller? In kmixer for example they look huge as they still have two points in them. Smaller would look a lot elegant.
I like the possibility to paint the combobox handles, yet I want them in a different color then the higlighting color. A darker grey for example looks good on them, yet not for selecting files in konqueror, could one get a custom color for that?
Why did you disable the brightening of symbols in the toolbar when hovering them? frame plus brightening would be my favorite.

Thanks for the style!

seems like you need a bug reporting system here, this will make easier fixing and reporting bugs!

If you need a bug reporting system visit my web site at http://www.onexige.com

My web site already supports open source projects like metal theme and GNUweb.
