Hi everyone,

We have finally managed to build a semi-stable and easily workable source base for gnome 3.20 theming. Expect news in very short time...

Cheers,

Nice. I've been thinkering about the Arch ecosystem (Arch and offspring like Manjaro).
These are rolling distros. More ore less cutting-edge distros. And I've come to the conclusion the the new vs. stable balance of Arch does not match my profile. But neither does the diametraly opposite balance of Debian Stable. Guess the Ubunty family (Mint included) offers the best balance. Or so I think.
As far as the 16.04 is concerned, there are the alphas then the betas the the RC then the Final.
Final only means that is good enough to be released for massive public scrutiny. Only after massive public scrutiny does it turn into really final (in about 6 months to a year). Or so I think. So don't be disappointed with 16.04. I'm not concerned about the maturity of the new LTS but rather about Ubuntu's roadmap as a company.
