I'm sorry I might disappoint you. Since Mint 17.2 cinnamon only has old GNOME version backports, to make the theme compatible with it need so much works here and there.
Though thanks for your interest.

 Amazing!

Thanks for this amazing theme, keep up the good work.

However, I no longer have drop shadow beneath the panel with the last version (3.18.d, e). What can be the problem?

I'm sorry that the problem you mentioned above doesn't occur in my system (F23b G3.18) so I couldn't figure the solution yet. What system do you use? Is the problem still exist?

I've upgraded my system to GNOME 3.18.1 just a moment ago, and the same problem as you mentioned above occurs.
Moreover, not only the panel's drop shadow, but also every box-shadow allover the shell components.
It seems the problem lies in the latest GNOME Shell version itself.

Yes, I guess the new update broke something, as usual, ;). In any case, I'm not entirely sure, but I think version "c" worked fine with the latest packages. Maybe something related to transparency? I don't know...

BTW, I'm using Arch Linux, Gnome 3.18.1.

Thanks for your attention.

I'm sorry I don't use cinnamon at present.
Anyway, you could creatively put the components of this theme inside 'gnome-shell.css' into your own custom Cinnamon theme (inside the file 'cinnamon.css' or kind of). Or else if you are in a hurry, you could use alternative theme such as Zukitwo Cinnamon which closely match the overall look of this theme.
Thanks for your concern.

Looks very good--a couple of thoughts...

 by autocrosser1 on: Oct 18 2015

Greetings. First off--VERY nice theme--I'm using it right now with Debian Sid & Gnome 3.18-1

I did notice that there were a large amount of log entries (Systemd logs) about line problems in /gtk-3.0/gtk.css (default theme engine & a couple of malformed lines) & the same for /gtk-3.0/gtk-widgets-plain.css (malformed lines). I'm sorry I can't point to the exact line numbers, but I would be sure that you would find them by looking in your logs.

The "default theme engine" fault I am sure is a Debian only error & I just deleted the line to clear it---looks the same either way on my screen.

In any case, I cleared my logging problems with 5 line edits & the theme works very well here.....Thank You for a good one.

I can confirm here the correction of some lines, just keep out info from syslog, but there's still one of them I can"t solve :
org.gnome.gedit[1423]: (gedit:21317): Gtk-WARNING **: Theme parsing error: gtk-widgets-plain.css:613:24: Junk at end of value
This reports to the following : "color: @theme_fg_color !important;)"
It seems that Gtk doesn't like this very much (adding "!important" this way) but don"t know how to solve it.

I think we just need to delete the '!important'. Actually this was just my experiment whether will be accepted by the program or not.

Done for me, works fine, thanks.
I have an another suggestion : you should correct path of .png files in "gnome-shell.css" in order to make them display correctly, if you haven"t already done it (i.e. for corner-ripple-box the url of background image should be "url("./assets/corner-ripple-ltr.png")" instead of "url("corner-ripple-ltr.png")".

Hi! it's me again, thanks for your great theme.

I created two google-chrome-themes with the real system colors, (dark and white themes)

Feel free to use it and share in your theme folder :)
