Description:

An Elementary OS theme. Is a modified version of the default Elementary theme that looks like the "new" OS X 10.10. This is a work in pogress.
You can help forking it on github: https://www.github.com/zerouno-it/yellowstone

HOW TO INSTALL:
Extract in ~/.themes (if the folder didn't exist, create it)

Ver 1.1
White wingpanel with dark font!!!
Fixed foreground color in gtk2 progressbar
Windows button 2px bigger
Windows slightly whiter

Ver 1.0
Scrollbars disappear when not active
Flat menus with OS X Yosemite color
iOS like switch button
Custom linked and spin buttons
Window buttons behave exactly than Yosemite
Gtk2 matches (almost) Gtk3 widgets
Transparent wingpanel
... and much, much more!

This is a great rendition of OSX 10.10 Yoemite, but it is incomplete and does not look like the screenshots.

That's because it lacks the icon package that ain't free $.

I realize that folks should be paid for their hard work, but be up front about it so that the user can decide before he downloads the theme.

The icon theme is now packaged in v1.1. The screenshot is for version 1.0 and yes, the theme is not look like the screenshot, it looks better!. All of the components are free (as in free beer XD) and open source...
OS icons: Numix-Circle (free)
Plank theme: LightPanel (free)
Wingpanel icons: Modded Faba-Dark (free)
The only thing not free is the font Helvetica Neue, but you can replace it with the excellent google font Roboto, anyway you can get the other font in any pirate bay... cof, cof...

Sorry, but I just re-downloaded ver. 1.1 and there are NO Numix icons,... Period.
Only Faba-Light and Faba-Dark.

Maybe the download link is bad or something.

can anyone help can't copy files to the correct folders because I don't have the permissions using gksudo nautilus opens nothing running the latest version of Elementary OS

I copied the files from the zip to (username)/.themes, and it just looks like this:

Then I downloaded it from github, and did the same, it looks like this:

What am I doing wrong? Or is it a problem with my computer?
