LibreOffice is written in QT, not gtk3. Gnome-Shell panel is written in Clutter. With respect the dark variant, some applications are configured to use it even if you are using the light variant.

I understand Qt and GTK are different but these issues usually show up with incomplete themes. Themes like Flat-Plat, Libra, Numix-flatstudio, Orchis, Zukitre (I can go on and on) do NOT have these bugs.

I am just reporting clear bugs but if you don't want to do anything about it--that is totally fine. It is your time after all.

The maximum I can do is modify the colors. Firefox, Gimp and LibreOffice are well. Try now.

LibreOffice is written in C++ and uses it's own toolkit, VCL.

It is not written in Qt.

The gtkrc seems to solve other graphs kits, at least the colors enhance well.
