it looks very nice, looks modern but a little different to other themes around nowadays. About apps I'd like to see in the theme, they'd be many that aren't currently, I use XFCE.

The colours and the roundness make the flatness more appealing than the usual monochrome and/or subdued colours and squareness that's usually found with today's craze for flat bland GUI's.

I really like this theme, even when it's still beta. But I'd like it even more if it had better integration with XFCE and it's common apps.
One thing that doesn't convince me much is the folders, they seem to be from another theme, like a cropped circle on a folder, instead thinking the folder as a circle. Other than that, the theme is great.
Keep up!
