Tilain is a simple theme for the KDE Plasma
Maybe you need to log out & in after activation of the theme, because of a strange behavior of plasma :(

Please use Tilain for Plasma 5 only with Plasma 5. it's not made for the old desktop!

if GHNS dont work for you on Plasma 5, try this:

Too bright for my tastes. A lot of icons of certain themes (e.g. Oxygen) have white elements that get washed out and hard to see. Makes the theme unusuable.

Yep, thats because plasma-air (oxygen is dark) needs transparency and has mostly white icons. so white on white ground...

all my icons are dark on bright ground. so you can see them. there is no transparency (exept for the folder background on the workspace)

But yeah, if you prefer darker themes, its not the best choice to use tilain :P ...

it just that mostly all other themes are black or dark, but nothing clean & bright.

tilain is and will ever build around:
1. simple
2. bright
3. clean

Now it does, thanks. Still, why not hosting directly there? Current size limit is 5Mb, while this is less than 3Kb. Moreover if precisely that (current) hosting needs such periodic checks just to keep it reachable.

I just dont like and trust opendesktop.org. if this service was something made by KDE, or the freedesktop project. i would upload it here. but for now i want to keep the controll of the sources to me.
for example - on another account of me, i was downvoted with some content and because of that the content was deleted. if you know the directlinkt you could still download the content. but it wasnt possible for me to delete it or even to go to access the page of this artwork.
the secound thing is the voting system. i'm a creator, i know other creators. good and not so good ones. but i think even if you're a not so good one - there is no reason to get downvotet and deleted..
i hope the day will come for the KDE, to get something like gnomes extension site https://extensions.gnome.org/, for artworks and appliactions

at first i was on googledrive for hosting, now i do it via gitourious directly. both never needed a check to be up (:
