Description:

E-mail just like it`s 1960...

Requires KMail >= 4.11

This KMail2 theme is resembling a paper letter with fixed width and uses contact photos as post stamp when available.

Howto:
1. Extract the archive
2. Copy the `snailmail` folder to: /usr/share/kde4/apps/messageviewer/themes
3. Select theme in KMail2: `View` → `Headers` → `snailmail`

where is themes directory on arch linux?

Very nice theme, but on arch linux the directory /usr/share/kde4/apps doesn't exist. I've found /usr/share/apps/messageviewer/ and then created directory theme and then copied snailmail directory into it. Restarted kmail, i don't view the new theme in the selectable theme list. What i should search for find the correct path where put the directory?

`rpm -ql kdepim4 | grep themes` should point you in the right direction. Please make sure that you are
running kdepim4 of 4.11 beta since themes are introduced with KDE 4.11.

Great. You should have clarified that this only works for >= 4.11. Trying to locate/make that folder was driving me crazy too under a Gentoo box.

Besides, I guess the command you gave to him couldn't work: He's using Arch, you gave him a rpm command...

I'm using a dark KDE theme with white text color.
Your theme is fine, but white on white is hard to read. Any hints how to get black text?

Hello, so I did some little modifications to the position of the background image so it doesn't go outside of the border of the body at the bottom-left and top-right corners. If you want it, I uploaded a tarball with the modifications:
