Description:

'Luna' is the italian translation of the term 'Moon'. It's based on the original Blue theme of WindowsXP.
This style it's written with the old KDE pixmap engine, so it doesn't support the trasparent menu effect.

If you didn't notice, the same author did both themes. The Luna description is probably just the Acqua description modified by putting 'Luna' in wherever 'Acqua' showed up. Its not a translation mistake, just simple carelessness.

this is a windows Theme for XP. It's a great picture I have been looking for. Sweet and I finally found it. But this looks extremely like windows XP with all the "themes" and "cartoons" turned on

Apple names it Aqua(Latin).Acqua is the Italian version and Luna is Latin and italian.
