Description:

Icon patch for the KFaezna icon theme:
http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/KFaenza?content=143890

This patch add some missing icons for Dolphin panel(see screenshot)

To install, execute this command as root:
tar -xvzf kfaenza-icon-patch-0.3.tar.gz -C /usr/share/icons/KFaenza/

---------------------------------------------------------------------

In version 0.3 I relinked dolphin(system file manager) icon from wireshark to real dolphin icon. Real dolphin icon included in KFaenza but hasn't set as default. Besides, I added icon for marking protected folder, that icon named folder-locked in original oxygen icon pack.

Changelog:

v0.1 - add view-list-tree, view-right-new and view-righ-close action icons.
v0.2 - add view-left-close and change view-righ-close action icons.
v0.3 - add folder-locked icon and relink system-file-manager icon

You are missing the icon for close left view when you have split view active.

Hm, you're right, but I haven't seen this icon in Dolphin. I think right and left close icons may have the same icons now. But I can draw different icons with left and right arrows later.

 Well done!

Congratulations for patching KFaenza. You have ended with one of its most significant annoyances: the Dolphin panel inconsistency.

BTW, can you fix the issue between KFaenza and Telepathy? When I open a conversation window, the icon I see is black, and it looks awful. It's a low res 16x16 icon, scaled, while this conversation window deserves an app icon on its own. Can you lead the way? Thanks in advance.

Thanks! And sorry for the long wait.

As for issue, can you take a screenshot when you see a black icon. And please let me know what app do you use, because as I know Telepathy is a software framework, not a concrete program.

It's the KTelepathy system, and when I started a conversation I saw a black-over-black, 16x16 icon.

BTW, the Chakra artwork guy, Malcer, fixed that in the latest Dharma release, but I'd like to see a fix for everyone.

I usually don't use firefox, but I decide to install it and check icons. And in my case all elements look good. (https://jumpshare.com/v/O4Tm4FvYkQqgD68Ob3z1)

But as I can see on your shot, you use desktop or firefox theme without window header where window control buttons must be placed. So... To my mind that firefox theme has wrong links to max\min icons. And I even don't know, how I can help in this case.

Hi,

I haven't enough time to make icons or modify and test set, now. But as for the openoffice icon, I think you can use official icons (here http://www.openoffice.org/ui/VisualDesign/OOo3_refresh.html#applicationicons). It's looking not so bad.
