In your theme a lot of dead links here like this:

/home/andrea/.icons/myelementary/apps/64/accessories-calculator.svg


You need to make new ones. That way.

Create a Gedit or Pluma just such a record:

ln -s .png .png


Make them as much as you like but each on a new line. Then the name of the first icons insert before the first name and the second .png, icons (which will be the link) before the second .png

Then copy all the rows at once, and insert them into the terminal window. Press Enter. Ready links will be in your home directory /home/andrea

Try to unpack your theme on any other computer. You will immediately see dead links. On your computer, everything is fine because you are using the direct links to the full path to the file. In order to make it work for all to do their symbolic. Without a path. Only the file in this folder. Try to make them as described above. Then place them in your home folder to the theme. You will understand everything immediately. Just click on the link, right-click and see its properties.
