the location of top panel notification icons seem to be cluttered and overlap with eachother...
top panel transparency will be appreciated... as in your previous versions (non 11.10)
else the theme as always is rocking !!!

otherwise I can not do UBUNTU 11.10 transparentni panel because they can see the menu UNITY and would not look nice - still do not have it repaired it's not my BUG developers.)

you are right but by the time gnome-shell 3.2 is out, things will be straightened and everything will be fine... i was asking on a long term basis. this bug will be fixed shortly !!!

the screen shot of top panel is shown.
dont worry about the distorted look (i have tweaked the transparency within my knowledge which i ll revert back to original)
i have not taken the pps from ricotz... its the default from the repository and i ve updated as and when updates are available...

(i didnt want to experiment more - i just wanted to have unity and shell co existing !!!!)

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ricotz/testing
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:gnome3-team/gnome3
then update

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

then reboot
and it should be alright

good tweaking...
i followed what you said and with version 3.1.92... it does work flawlessly..
a small suggestion...
can you make the top panel width to say 22 to 24 px ? this will give more space on the work area and the panel should be looking more sleek... i am not a themer but its just a suggestion and you are the best judge in this theme...

hats off for this wonderful artwork.

and yes... your theme is flawless coz all others (including the default one where th letters seem to be shifted towards the right... wonder if thats only my problem or with 11.10 !

the width of the panel, I also think the value is not fixed, and therefore can reduce or increase over the gnome-tweak-tool for font menu "text scaling factor" I have set to 0.8.)

i did it in my own logical way...
edited the css with values suitable for me...
i use Ctrl+F to identify the font and panel width parameters and edited them..
