looks like conectiva is a little bit pissed about that posting ... just take a look at the mail i received some mins ago from everaldo:

I don't even know what to say. I think they probably do have the right to force you, but this reaction is a little exagerated, IMHO. Especially since there are other places where you can download crystal (I won't name them, so conectiva will not go after them). It's just sad to see that even in the open source community there are things like that. :-(

Funny:
"the icontheme crystal i belonging the conectiva" - sounds a little bit like the infamous "all your bases are belonging to us" (or similar).
And I also thought that the added "ps. we...." sounded a little bit like:
"Oh, as an unimportant sidenote, which I forgot to mention: We're gonna sue you, you ...."
Too bad this is serious and not some kind of joke :-(
