This is the official KDM theme for Caledonia:

A minimalist and elegant theme, with a global \"welcome\", an users list and the password bar.

At the bottom, we have the clock and a unique button to access the sessions menu and more.

How about display keyboard layout? It could be usefull for non-english users (e.g. for me).

I've been testing the layout menu, but actually KDE don't supports this, I think. I test this in many distros, and don't appears... and in many others KDMs, the keyboard layout not exist.

I don't know how is and plays the russian keyboard, but if I don't mistake, this is regulated by the system.

If this is like I say, the KDM support other keyboards (with other languages or other types, like the Mac keyboard) if your distro is configurated from the installation.

Beautiful theme with user list.

Kubuntuuser must start the kdm settings in this way to install new themes:

kdesudo kcmshell4 kdm

finest login and slash i came across in KDE, it would be perfect if i could get it to display my user pic (set in accounts) at login. any tips?

Be sure to activate the user pictures. In many distros this is off.

SystemSettings > Login screen > "Users" tab > Click "System, user" or "User, system".

must be some bug, it's not working. i tried different options there, even launched system settings as root. perhaps it's because i had to manually install the theme? it wouldn't show up in the list when i installed through "add themes".. anyway it's not a big deal. thanks again for all your artwork on KDE, it's excellent.

 CALEDONIA NEW SITE IN SOURCEFORGE

Hi all!! I'm Malcer, and was any problem with my previous OpenDesktop account.

For this and more problems, now Caledonia are located in Sourceforge. All parts, components, etc will be updated there. Here (in KDE-Look and derivates) will be not updated the packages anymore.
