Description:

Honeycomb lookalike theme.
It's absolute prototype. I've used playstation theme by DAZ and X-Mint-metal as a base.

It uses compiz and metacity opacity to set transparent window border that's why
AFTER INSTALLATION paste this in terminal:

Quote:
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_opacity 0.4 -t float
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_opacity 0.4 -t float

gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_shade_opacity false -t bool
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_shade_opacity false -t bool

or this if above doesn't work
Quote:
gconftool -s /apps/gwd metacity_theme_active_opacity 0.4 -t float
gconftool -s /apps/gwd metacity_theme_opacity 0.4 -t float

gconftool -s /apps/gwd metacity_theme_active_shade_opacity false -t bool
gconftool -s /apps/gwd metacity_theme_shade_opacity false -t bool

Disabling transparency (undo-ing theme)

Quote:
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_opacity 1.0 -t float
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_opacity 1.0 -t float

gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_shade_opacity false -t bool
gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_shade_opacity false -t bool

That code you've provided should restore 'default' theme look for other themes.

    What exactly isn't working?

If transparency isn't kicking in try that two quotes on top of this page.

Also you will need pixbuf and murrine theme as I suppose

    Additionally run: compiz --replace
    and see if that helps

First problem this theme will not look as intended because the required gtk+ theme honeycomb is not installed.

    Second Problem in Terminal.
    I do this.

    gconftool-s / apps / gwd / metacity_theme_active_opacity 0,4-t Schwimmer

but they say to me it not exist.

Type this in terminal (exactly also spaces need to be in the exact place) so use Copy and Paste:

    Quote:
    gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_opacity 0.4 -t float
    gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_opacity 0.4 -t float

    gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_active_shade_opacity false -t bool
    gconftool -s /apps/gwd/metacity_theme_shade_opacity false -t bool

Furthermore what linux distro are you using? Is it debian family? If so try typing this in the console as well:

    Quote:
    sudo apt-get install gtk2-engines-murrine gtk2-engines-pixbuf

and please tell me if that works

    on keyboard click ALT+F2
A window will appear and in that window paste this:
    Quote:
    compiz --replace

    (there's a space after compiz)
    And click run.

And does that commands I gave you earlier finished without error?!
