Somehow the background and between tabs in gedit and between tabs in nautilus is black.

The notebook issue is really worsen since 3.8 (almost all non-adwaita themes are affected). I made few changes to the zukitwo theme and adopted the adwaita like notebook.

The changes are:

- adwaita like notebook
- removed top-bottom padding from button
- slightly narrower scrollbar with little padding

I think this adds a small amount of useability.

NemoWindow .sidebar row:hover {
background-color: shade (@theme_bg_color, 0.97);
}

NautilusWindow .sidebar row:hover {
background-color: shade (@theme_bg_color, 0.95);
}
