Great theme, however using GTK2 Zukitwo-Resonance my banshee and totem toolbars are not darker like they are in nautilus, gedit, midori etc
Banshee and totem toolbars are light grey and not dark grey, It looks a bit inconsistent, a fix for this would be great, thanks!

Banshee doesn't seem to use a standard GtkToolbar. Every fix I've tried doesn't work.

Totem doesn't have any toolbar as far as I know, so nothing to fix there.

There's only a few minor things I think this theme needs:

1) ChromeGtkFrame styling, so that the background area is the same as the menu bar colour (http://code.google.com/p/chromium/wiki/LinuxGtkThemeIntegration). It just seems right, since the normal menu blends in to the title bar)

2) Dark buttons in the Chromium menu. I don't know if it is just a bug in Chromium, but the spanner menu has buttons in, but they're pale grey with white text on a dark menu.

3) A minor fix for Totem. On Fedora 15 I've got a menu bar that is dark, but the menus themselves are light.

Thanks :) This is a great theme.

1. Fixed.
2. The theme doesn't use any dark menus. (Since of today's update 2011.05.31.) I can't see anything wrong there.
3. Same as 2.

Sorry, was I mixing this up with another theme? I thought there was a "dark" variation with a dark grey menu stripe.

For anyone else who reads this:

No, I wasn't mixing this up, I just misread it. The menus are now pale, where as they were dark. I liked the dark ones. Now I need to find out how to get them back to dark :\

Great theme! :) But there are some problems. Like menu in Transmission(gtk2, Zukitwo-Dark) - http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/8877/transmissiongtk.png. Also gtk2 looks much better than gtk3... for example this dialog - http://img804.imageshack.us/img804/1500/transmissiongtk2about.png. GTK3 haven't a color for active button, and gradient is not the same as in gtk2. Oh, and main/context menu in gtk2 is always dark. Maybe it would be better to make it dark for gtk3? :)

Menus should now be fixed. The buttons however will stay the same. I currently don't like GTK3 that much because it doesn't have any box-shadow support. It's really limited compared to the Murrine GTK2 engine.

This was mainly a GTK2 theme from the start and I feel it's a regression to the Gnome 2 users to make the buttons in the GTK2 theme as flat as the ones in the GTK3 theme.

 Metacity on GnomeShell/Gtk3

First of all: Congrats on a simply great theme!!

Just one thing: I've been trying to get my Gtk3 theme to load the metacity theme, but nothing happens .. it still loads the Adwaita metacity theme. Is this intended?? Is the metacity only working for gtk2??

For the record I have a Ubuntu Natty with the Gnome3-team ppa installed ..

Best regards and congrats again!!

Hmm... First of all, try to apply the window border theme in gnome-tweak-tool and then logout and login.

If that didn't work try this:
Navigate to the folder where you installed the themes and type this:
chmod 777 -R zukitwo*

Then try to apply the window border theme in gnome-tweak-tool and then logout and login.

My bad.. didn't noticed there was a specific setting for the metacity theme under the 'Windows' tab ..

Anyways: best GTK3+Metacity+GnomeShell theme out there .. would change a couple things though ..

Best regards and thanks for your time,

Bahr
