 Nice work!

Ehi! Nice edits!!

Listen, can you fix those ugly action icons?

There are a lot of action icons like "gtk-open" "Shutdown" that have max_size = 22px!!

On my AWN bar looks awful!

Can you create a scalable version?

Thank you :)

I know what you mean, I used GNOME Do and I have the same issue.
I see what I can do.

I was wondering how I can change the normal gnome-bar faenza icons from the black ones to the white ones, or more accurate the ones from the faenza-dark variant,

just found the solution

copy Faenza-Dark from /usr/share/icons to your local icon folder, say /home/yourname/.icons

edit index.theme, change these lines:
Name=Faenza-Variants-Dark
Inherits=Faenza-Variants,Humanity-Dark,ubuntu-mono-dark,gnome

There you go ... faenza-variants-dark ^^

Another way it's editing the index.theme file from Faenza-Variants instead of Faenza-Dark.
Replacing this line:

Inherits=Faenza,Humanity,Tango,gnome

For this one:

Inherits=Faenza-Dark,Humanity,Tango,gnome

In the next update, I will make a version for dark themes, so you don't have to edit anything.

hi Dear,
for installing the faenza-Icons, there is a repository.

Open Your Terminal and run the following commands:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
and then:
sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get install faenza-icon-theme

This will install the faenza-icons as well as the equinox-gtk-themes on your machine. I love these gtk-themes.

You can also read this here:

 Great Additions

Nice work. I'm using this mainly for the Chromium and Nautilus icons.

I desperately want to see a Vim icon.

Hotot one would be great too although I'm currently using the generic Twitter icon for this at the moment. Lastly a Github Octocat icon would be good for a Prism app of the site although I'm aware this probably won't ever happen; I wish I was better at design.

 Icon requests

If you have time, please also consider redoing the following hideous icons.

DROPBOX: It's currently a bright yellow square with the blue Dropbox logo in the middle.

VLC: A grey square with a small VLC traffic-cone logo in the middle. Ugly.

CLEMENTINE: Very nice logo, but doesn't fit the theme since it's not in a box.

Thanks for the fantastic variants.

Also, Faenza's Sound and Video icon color scheme (grey with a green musical note) is pretty ugly. Think you could do something about that?
