Description:

This is a minor mod of equinox evolution, just color changing just trying gnome-look out it's my first upload.

To be able to use this mod I suggest installing the equinox PPA and the Faenza icon.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:tiheum/equinox
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install equinox-theme equinox-ubuntu-theme faenza-icon-theme gtk2-engines-equinox

After this just drag the .tar.gz file to the appeareance - theme and done.

If you find any problems with it not integrating correctly just write what issues you might be having, but I haven found any issues.

That's the actual weight it's not a full theme, it a mod of Equinox Evolution.

Ahh you are right. I was having some dbus issues and none of my themes were working. Reboot fixed everything.

Absolutely beautiful. This might be the best dark gtk theme available.

I was astonished when saw the final result I was just playing around with the Equinox evolution theme and it turned out to be my favorite dark theme alltogether even though I didn't like the original Equinox Evolution.

The only issues I can see with it so far is the vertical white line separating the side panel from the main list in Nautilus/Nautilus-Elementary. It doesnt look bad, just out of place.

And the scrollbar is a little hard to see.

I found a way to fix this, I just haven't figured out how to distribute it with the theme. there's a file in /usr/share/themes/Equinox Evolution/gtk-2.0/images it's name is handle-nautilus.png . You can modify that pictures color to whatever color you want, I made it a little darker and it makes it fit perfeclty.

That worked perfectly. The only way you could really do it without packaging the entire equinox theme would be to explain how to find/edit the file in the description text. Its a pain, but it works.

You can find the metacity theme up above in the PPA just follow the instructions on what to install and that's it.


Si hablas español que eso es lo que creo, las instrucciones estan arriba tienes que agregar el PPA con los commandos que escribi y instalar los packetes, ya despues de ahi solo instalas el archivo .tar.gz como siempre lo haces y listo te debe servir bien.
