Description:
A advanced media player for plasma developed by Emdek: (http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/Mini+Player?content=95501)
Installation:
For Debian: open konsole or yakuake and type su then press enter, type your root password and hit enter again.
Enter in the directory where the file was downloaded ex.: cd Downloads/
then enter the command:
dpkg -i plasma-widget-miniplayer_1.0-20100414-1_i386.deb
Or for amd64 version:
dpkg -i plasma-widget-miniplayer_1.0-20100414-1_amd64.deb
and then finish with the command:
apt-get -f install
For Kubuntu: open konsole and type :
sudo dpkg -i plasma-widget-miniplayer_1.0-20100414-1_i386.deb
Or for amd64 version:
sudo dpkg -i plasma-widget-miniplayer_1.0-20100414-1_amd64.deb
sudo apt-get -f install
all done!!!
Adding to desktop:
Click with right mouse button on the desktop and select add widgets search for miniplayer and drag to the desktop.
Playlist usage:
Double click on the applet or press the button: P
