on my Mandriva only to extract folder from archive and put it in /home/.kde4/apps/share/ksplash/theme/
and then you go to systemsettings and set it

Open system settings --> Appereance --> Splash Screen --> Get new splash screens... --> Choose this one in the list --> click Install next to it --> Select --> Click Apply ;)

It looks sooooo good, but unfornately it won't load on my Kubuntu 9.10 with KDE 4.4 When I load it, it says "The theme cannot be loaded". What to do?

it doesn't work from the list in system settings

and the filw I've downloaded has a weird extension

any help? I want this so badly
