It is gnome panel, I just increase the size to 50 px then i drag the icons from main menu to the panel. finally, i change the original icon with the text one.

the graphical spectrum analyzer behind the panel is a screenlet (Impulse - PulseAudio visualizer) http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/Impulse+-+PulseAudio+visualizer?content=99383

the gtk theme is slickness 2009 http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php/New+SlicknesS+Theme+2009?content=98718

and the font is MS Arial size 9 for all except the title bar.

What is the precise name of the text icons you are using for the bottom panel?

I have searched a lot and only found similar but not this exact one you use...I'd appreciate the hint!
