 KWord and Hebrew

KWord actually displays Hebrew vowel-signs under the letter, more or less where they do belong. OpenOffice does not do this correctly.

That's a segmentation fault, or, in english, a crash.

You'll need to provide a hefty bit more information about what was going on. What version of KOffice crashed? Did previous versions crash opening the file? Was the version that crashed compiled locally or was it downloaded as a binary? If it was compiled, do you have the backtrace information?

How exactly do we get the special library? Is it in the source file?

Thanks. Great Work.

amazing work you have done, as soon as the spelling and the grammar is fully integrated ; I think this can be the best word processor for linux perhaps?

amazing graphical interface, and it makes you feel comfortable if you're writing a research paper or a screenplay.

thank you ! :)

This is a damn good wordprocessor, with a very slick interface that integrates perfectly with KDE. Sure, it's missing afew advanced features, but I'm confident they'll eventually find their way in there. In fact, the whole kOffice suite is wonderful, and amazingly eay to use. It handles large documents superbly (hundreds of pages), and is quite fast. thesaurus integration is sweet, and it far outclasses what OpenOffice.org offers.

kWord, along with the rest of kOffice needs to be developed to reach its fullest potential. It's well on the way. I use it for everything, and have not encountered a single bug. A few minor inconveniences are present, but they're easily wored around.

Congrats to the kOffice team for their dedication and hard work!
