You agree to "hating" Windows but are running it in VM? I really don't understand all this MS bashing mentality. If you don't like something, don't use it. Simple enough. Gnome-look is about promoting Linux in a positive way, not tearing down something to make yourself look or feel better.

P.s. I wouldn't be using windows in a VM if someone would port a good video editor to linux...
