Description:

Tellico is a collection manager for keeping track of your books, bibliographies, videos, music, comic books, video games, coins, stamps, trading cards, wines, board games, or any custom items. It supports any number of user-defined fields, of several different types: text, paragraph, list, checkbox, year, URL, tables, images, dates, and combinations.

Tellico imports Bibtex, Bibtexml, MODS, RIS, PDF, and CSV and exports to Bibtex, Bibtexml, CSV, HTML, and PilotDB. It offers grouping, view filtering, and searching. Tellico can also import data from Amazon.com and IMDb.com, along with z39.50 servers, CDDB data, audio files, SRU servers, several different websites, and from the Alexandria and GCstars applications.

Note that kde-apps.org is not a support forum. Please sent comments, questions, or bug reports to the Tellico mailing list or the Tellico forum.

 Error!!!

by bluexp on: Feb 9 2006

Score 50%

I have problem compiling this package and recieved this:
datewidget.cpp:265:26: error: datewidget.moc: No such file or directory

It seems that an "include" at the end of files causes this error.

The moc file should be created automatically. Have you tried rerunning configure? If that fails, you can create it manually:

/usr/lib/qt3/bin/moc -o datewidget.moc datewidget.h

from inside the src/gui/ directory.

(Change the moc command line to whereever qt is installed for you...)

 IMDB: Cast only

by fearistic on: Feb 25 2006

I only want to import the cast from IMDB, so I update first from a other source an delete the updated fiels from the cast, but even if these fiels are the only empty fiels there aren't filled, when I update the entry. Why?
It works only, if I use the source IMDB first, but then I must delete everything exept the cast...

So: Can I configure it anywhere, that only the cast gets updated by IMDB?

Not sure what to tell you. If you have a movie entry, with a blank cast, then updating from IMDB should fill it in. There's no option to pick and choose which fields get updates, all the empty ones do.

Now it works as it should.
It's a pity, that I cannot choose which information from IMDB should be get.
