Mh, I think this isn't very importand, but maybe you can add this in the preferences of each contakt ...

More importand are these things:
- Nicer GPG encryption (more comfort and this stuff)
- Better ICQ Support (Webcam, Filetransfer, ...)
- Better MSN Support (Away Messages, ...)
- all in all more userfriendly

yes, but I think that is important , because many people in my icq contacts list have online status and secondary status is for example : "learning , DND please"
Current version kopete show only "online status" .

I dont know what you realy mean. Do you mean the away messages? If you want to see them, you can hover your mouse over the Contact to see it.

i think you have never had icq client(v5.1).. every user can set secondary status with own icon

the best way of Memtest is emerge qt kde-meta

no, I think secondary status like is in icq5.1 or QIP , or in RnQ clients
