I feel proud of the fact about the Linux Community of Venezuela and Specificaly, San Cristobal, is growing so much!!!

Hey! for those graphics designers who would whant to install inkscape (the program with wich this image have been done), installing it normally requires a LOT of dependences if u don't wanna lose time, just download the folloing file:

http://navi.cx/~mike/inkscape/inkscape-0.40.x86.package

just get into root with the "su" command and then write do this on command line:

# chmod +x inkscape-0.40.x86.package
# ./inkscape-0.40.x86.package

AND THAT'S ALL!!!! follow the instruccions and it will take care of all dependences, next thing u'll have to do is just clic on the icon to execute it!.

Anyway here's the "official" instruccions about how to use the ".pakage"

ok, si quieres instalar inkscape (el programa con el cual se hiso esta imagen q ha realizado el caballero Xavier Araque (saludos por cierto) te recomiendo q no lo trates de instalar como de costumbre, ya sea con el source o con el rpm, ya q de por si requiere una cantidad de dependencias impresionantes, lo mas sencillo que puedes hacer es lo siguiente,
1.- bajate el siguiente archivo

obviamente la extencion es extraña, ya q es ".package" pero no te preocupes.

para darle permiso de ejecucion, haste root con el comando "su" y la contraseña y luego escribe:
# chmod +x inkscape-0.40.x86.package
# ./inkscape-0.40.x86.package

y listo, alli te pregunta si das autorizacion de bajar varios paquetes q necesita para comenzar la instalacion y el resto es totalmente guiado y supremamente amigable e intuitivo, de verdad lo recomiendo, esta instalacion ahorra HORAS/DIAS de busqueda e instalacion de los paquetes indepentientes q este programa requiere.

la duración de la instalacion depende de la velocidad de tu conexion a internet, yo solo he hecho la prueba con 256kbps y tardo aprox 7 minutos.

listo, A DISFRUTAR!!! espero la comunidad usuarios y diseñadores graficos Linux de Venezuela, crezca todo lo posible, y espero poner mi granito de arena para que asi sea.
