     The best (and only) Breeze GRUB theme

    The theme is quite rough around the edges, but it's already decent and I am looking forward to seeing how it develops!

     Works fine in openSUSE

    In openSUSE you should use the following installation folders:

    Extract the TAR file and move/copy the breeze folder to /boot/grub2/themes/.
    Then edit /etc/default/grub:

    GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub2/themes/breeze/theme.txt

    Re-generate grub.cfg to apply the changes:

    # grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/grub2/grub.cfg

    Thank your for the advice! I made a mini-script to automatize the installation.

    Another way in OpenSUSE, maybe less "dangerous" or even fault tolerant, is:
    - Extract the TAR file and move/copy the breeze folder to /boot/grub2/themes/.
    - Launch "Yast" and then "Bootloader"
    - Select "Kernel parameters" and then in "Console theme" you should click in "Browse". Yo can locate the folder "Breeze" and the file "theme.txt" or change the text to "/boot/grub2/themes/breeze/theme.txt"
    - Click "Accept" button and all is done

    ;)

     Suggestions from Jens (VDG) at Randa

    Hello, we were discussing using your Breeze grub2 theme for Kubuntu at the Randa sprint.
    * https://goo.gl/photos/pmqot138pQCNJmvv7 - Jens of the VDG says it would be more breeze like that
    * also solid color background from breeze color swath
    * probably papergrey
    * it should not fill the entire screen widthwise
    * if there are more than 4 distros they should be positioned in a grid i.e. no scrollybars
    * the elements should scale down the more stuff is there

    Please write directly to Jens and/or the VDG. They can use your talent! jens@ohyran.se https://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=285

    Extract the TAR file
    tar -xzvf Breeze-Grub2.tar.gz
    move the folder breeze to /boot/grub/themes
    sudo mv Breeze-GRUB2/breeze/ /boot/grub/themes/
    edit the file /etc/default/grub
    sudo nano /etc/default/grub
    search for the part: "GRUB_THEME=/...." and change for:
    GRUB_THEME=/boot/grub2/themes/breeze/theme.txt
    save and close
    update the grub with the command:
    sudo grub-mkconfig -o /boot/grub/grub.cfg
    Done.
    Reboot the system and see if it worked.
    Good Lock!

     Beautiful theme

    Great theme, using it on my htpc at 1920x1080. I had to adjust the menu width to 90% and put left at 5% (instead of 100% and 0% in theme.txt) due to the overscan from HDTVs cutting of the side text.
