Description:

This is a modification of the akua wallpaper. I rounded off the corners to be a bit softer on the eyes, and added some point light coming from the top (to match the glare on the marble). This looks especially nice with some vertical shading to a black background.

P.S.
The akua wallpapers were originally created by silcndrgn. I made only minor changes that I want to share with you. Please see silcndrgn's content for the originals.

This newer version is much nicer and very good looking. My only complaint is that the globe looks a little low-res.

Thanks so much for your feedback, and especially thanks to silcndrgn for creating this wallpaper in the first place, and then for being so supportive of my changes. I can't wait to play around with this layered image to see what other things may come out of this.

I really loved the original... and this one in my opinion isn't better persay, but I do prefer it because it contrasts well with my desktop themes... Awsome work... actually, the rounded corners are a really nice touch as well. keep up the good work!
