That does not happen to me. The theme requires "plasma-widget-homerun", "plasma-widget-homerun-kicker" y "kvantum" to work. Install it manually and try again.

If it fails, extract the contents of the package as tar.gz and install manually.

Anyone else happens the same??

Why not make an ordinary tarball so it can be installed in users ./kde directory - have to use sudo or get root password for install simple themes is idiotic . . .

I am Vaxxipooh and I am totally committed to the festive mode.

Thanks brother for sincerity.

Greatly I appreciate your opinion. But there are some things:
1. The root password is required only ONE time: To install Skinx. Once installed not root password is required again.

2. If skinx required the root password again is because you need some elements in your system, for example qtcurve, kvantum, cairo-dock, conky, etc. and that elements need root to be installed. Can you install a .deb package without root?, if so please tell me how.

3. I will not renounce to Skinx for now because it enables to me to install software that otherwise i would've to install manually every time than i change of systems, And It allows me to apply themes and install software easily.

4.- Skinx have enough bugs that I hope someday to become usable. I appreciate your comments to improve in the future.

Sorry for my english.

If you don't want to install Skinx and input root password, just change ".skp" extension to ".tar.gz"
and extract all the content, you can copy everything manually.
