download the file, then execute: emerald-theme-manager, click import, and select the theme
only works if you have compiz running, to start it type compiz --replace ccp &

It's not about to relegate the language. It is because this would be very disorganized if each person writes in their original language (Russian, Polish, German, etc).
If you do not know write in English you use google translator. The rules say "in English," not "in good English" :)
I am also Spanish speaker.

It's sad to see all this fuzz over one person writing in spanish i know it's a rule and i follow it but
