I don't want to be a pain in the arse, but "all rights reserved" means that none of us are allowed to even copy, use or redistribute your wallpaper.

If you're thinking of not allowing people to base their work on yours, maybe take a look at the CC licenses (you might find a combination you like) or the Artistic license.
