Description:

To have an icon (not that ugly as shown) to allow switch a internet content into EYE FRIENDLY colors invert mode, the same way as KPDF can do it (just adding icon for this action).

That would be a great step forward, as you can read some web sites with white background only very limited time (especially at night).

 looks nice but...

it should be more important to fix this related bugs before:
"56053 When setting dark color scheme, disabled menu items are completely illegible"

or

"96145 Colors for certain things can't be set; because of this, dark(=black) color schemes are nearly unusable"

Dark scheme are so good for the eyes but completly unusable in kde :(
if you agree, vote for them please

I do agree with you, except that Dark schemes are completely unusable. Why?
Because I use dark schmes (particularly self-made dark blue as it is shown) for some 5 years and it is usable quite well in KDE (unlike i.e. Windows XP, which is absolutely dreadfull). At the beginning (years ago) it was difficult to use, as there were so many bugs and hard-force backgrounds and it required a lot of hacking. But that improved gradually and past years it's mostly all right. Sadly, some developers (i.e. K3B) thinks that it's very important to put some "nice" picture to the background, but that's not a major problem. I think that could be solved vith SVG pictures as a standard picture backgrounds with CSS stylesheet, different for dark and light color schemes.
The same applies to icons - if they would be SVG, than you can have 2 different CSS files for dark/light themes. I know we're not that far yet, but that's a future, I think.
As for "disabled text", you're right. But that's not what you need to read, thankfully :-D

Sadly, I think it's almost impossible. Why? Each web site has a different name for it's CSS classes and it may be very difficult to develop an algorighm to change them. It's easy to use different CSS style in your computer (i.e. for SVG images in KDE, KDE man pages style, documentation style), but it's difficult to apply it to strange content. Although, it's not impossible.
But for the moment let's make a step forward and call for first available option - invert display function (icon in toolbar). It's already available in KPDF and the software routines are available from "select funtion", i think.
As for CSS enforcing, there is a one option available, but it's quite useless due to a fact, that user can't assign a keyboard shortcut for that or put an icon into the toolbar. Then it's very unhandy, when the style is applied where you don't want it....
