 configure

HI,

It would be nice, If the program ships with a prebuild configure, since not everyone has the required autotools installed, and figuering out which one is the right one is not easy.

Okay, this is fixed. I did this originally to keep the filesize low.
Thanks for the hint.

 qt designer 3.3

If you want your program to work with kde 3.2
you should generate the .ui files with
uic from qt 3.2, because qt3.3 is not yet released....and qt 3.2's uic errors out if it finds an ui file generated with uic 3.3

Ups, sorry, didn't know uic was incompatible. This is fixed, too. Thanks a lot for this hint.

Thanks for the quick reply. Here is already the next hint.
Always bumping the micro version when the package changes helps packagers a lot.

 size of cards

by janet on: Jun 23 2006

I play kpicframer very often since I compiled it for KDE 3.2.x (same deb, now using it with 3.5.3).

It would be great if I could choose a bigger cardset for kpicframer because with my screen resolution of 1920x1200 the game is rather small. When I drag the edges to make it bigger only the field resizes and the spaces between the cards get bigger, not the cards themselves.

Is it possible to use own cards in another size with kpicframer (e.g. this: http://img200.imageshack.us/my.php?image=kpatfreecellcrystaltuxcardset3.jpg)? That would be really great :)

BTW: The kpicframer site is down - does that mean it is not going to be developed further?
