I made something like that too, once, but it made a lot more out of the "will be terminated" line (bank account, DMV records, firstborn, etc.) and asked the user to send $99.95 to upgrade to the "Deluxe Fatal Exception."

Wiping the computer was only listed as an "if all else fails" tactic.

That's great! I'm glad I haven't seen that one in awhile. I've been an avid Linux user for over three years!

I've not seen that since I last used Windows 98 (before I upgraded to Windows XP.....)

If that's supposed to represent a Win XP BSOD, them I'm afraid you'll have to go back to the drawing board.

Bank account termination? Good idea. When Vista (which M$ tell is task-based) comes, I might replicate its own BSoD.

I want to personally thank you, as I set this as the default background on the TechSupport domain at the college. Stupid ActiveDirectory and GlobalRules. I bet the TechSupport department is hating that right now. We decided to add that as a default background, and then remove the links to directories, start menu, and icons. However I think they still got a taskbar and default start menu, I think everyone in the entire company called tech support and complained that their computer had a BSOD and when they read the error, I bet the no0bs didn't even catch the a$$ ;)

LOL, I don't see one of these since almost a year ago.

I always think that using Windows was one of the biggest mistakes of my life :(.

Cheers from Bulgaria, where people don't want to use Windows and waste money.
